what is a dual fuel radiator?

dual fuel means you can run the same radiator in two ways - as electric via the use of a heating element in the summer (when you may only want to heat the room in which it is installed - such as an orangery) .. and then you can also run it as central heating in the winter (when the full system is on). You tend to get a lot more dual fuel towel rails than radiators simply due to the increased functionality of a towel rail for drying.

2 : on the "piped - heated towel rail" page, all towel rails tell you if that rail can be installed as dual fuel & if so the required accessories are shown on the product page. On the t-piece collections page you'll fine lots of useful setup images showing dual fuel installed in the most optimal ways - as if you don't pre plan the installation can sometimes look a little ugly - frankenstein pipes!
