• 1. HEAT REQUIREMENT: calculate your heat requirements with our heat requirement calculator - click to view

• 2. SIZES: Now choose a model that gives you that output - you can use the filters on the main product pages to filter our listed items by output - or if you like a design and would like to see what other sizes that range can be made in (which we might not be showing here on the site) on the product page of your chosen item we list a section entitled "full range of sizes available" with a direct link to that range oh the manufacturer website to see all the sizes you can choose from in that range.

• 3. SHORTLIST COLOURS FROM PALETTES: view the full colour palette PDFs - click to view to see all colours on offer from the manufacturer of the model you have chosen. These guides also describe the texture of all the colours to really help you make an informed choice.

• 4. ORDER COLOUR SAMPLES: Once you have your shortlist of colours (where available) order physical colour samples - click to view of your shortlist of colours. Provides a reliable way to assess the finish, tone and texture before committing to a full radiator purchase.

Next you'll be ready to request a quotation.

Once you have decided and need a quotation you can either:

• 1. USE OUR SMART MADE TO ORDER ENQUIRY FORM: This is found at the bottom of this page which will ask you all information we need from you to build a quotation for your made to order items. As you complete the questions new questions will appear based on your choices.
• 2. PHONE US: You can also phone us and give us all the information over the phone and we can build your quotation that way as we'll ask you the relevant questions we need to know. We have years and years of experience and will give you good advice to help you.

In either case we will then follow this up with an email to confirm all your choices and ask any further questions if we need to.

Where possible we will also produce a mock up render for you. Below are examples of recent renders we did for a DQ TESORO in Cream (with Wooden Shelves) and a TERMA VIVO in RAL 3012 Mat Beige Red (with matching UNICO dual fuel valves and a matching external ONE heating element, plus 2x matching HIPPO hangers.

There are 2 ways we do this depending on how you wish to pay:

• 1. PAY IN FULL UPFRONT: for this we will send you a draft order via email, with a direct payment link ton the website checkout in the email to complete your order and pay in full .
• 2. 50% DEPOSIT / BALANCE PAID ON COMPLETION (before dispatch): to pay this way we will create a dummy placeholder product page on the website (with all information relating to your items except images in most cases) then when you checkout from that product page where you'll have the option to pay 50% deposit that way. Note: In either case your money is safe and held in a holding account. Note: Once made to order go inoto production you cannot cancel or change your mind. This is why we advise purchasing colour samples prior to ordering. In the event your item is made incorrectly to your spec. of course or arrives damaged of course we will replace these items for you.

For made to order items we use a specialist carrier called Stopstart who is a white glove carrier which ensures made to order items will never arrived damaged - so this should not be a concern for you.

Once your order has gone into production we shall contact you as follows

• 1. INTERIM ORDER UPDATE: we shal send you an email which confirms the window of actual dates your order is expected to be delivered to you. This also includes details of the production stages your order will go through - so in the unlikely event it is delayed we shall advise you where ad why it has got stucl.
• 2. UK ORDER ARRIVAL EMAIL: we will then email you to advise of the date the item is due to arrive in the UK distribution warehouse - based on customs clearance at the time.
• 3. DELIVERY DAY PHONE CALL: finally we will call you to book in a date for delvery based on your availability. Once dispatched you will be sent tracking information of the consignment with the courier.
