Here at the heat is on, we put the knowledge of what you need directly in your hands as the homeowner, so you needn’t ask or wait for information from your electrician. Here we give you complete expert guidance for this specific electric towel rail — including details of any additional parts required — so you can ensure a smooth and successful installation when your tradesman arrives.
heat output
- Firstly, if you haven't already done so - use our heat calculator to work out your specific requirements for your room to ensure you are looking at the right size electric radiator - in terms of the Watts / Kilowatts heat output it gives.
design & material
- WARP T is designed with single-layered bars.
- The bars have a delicate curve at either end, while the rear layer is completely flat and suspended between the two uprights.
- WARP T is very stylish in its construction, with neat rectangular uprights that complement the flat rectangular shape of the bars.
- WARP T has a much larger surface area compared to many standard ladder-type rails — so the colour stands out far more as a feature in the bathroom.
- Made from low carbon mild steel.
- Additionally, we have created a thorough and detailed technical guide on electric radiators, giving even more information and tips.
full range of sizes available
- In addition to the sizes we are displaying here on the heat is on - you can view the full range of 10 different sizes of WARP T here on the Terma website.
- We can process a special order for any size you wish to purchase if that size is not shown on our website.

- 2-hour drying function with auto shut-off.

installation & features
- Element is pre fitted inside the radiator - located on the right hand side (E8 connection). If you would like the heating element on the left hand side (E1 connection), please contact us to place this as a special order. Consider where your electric supply will be so the wire has the shortest distance to travel.
- This Wi-Fi VEO heating element is supplied with a UK 3-pin plug for easy connection to an existing socket (no electrician required).
- This version of VEO supplied with this model comes with the masking cover which conceals the wire up to the entry point into the wall. This is the large circular collar at the rear of the heating element (as seen in the images). You need to trowel out the wall to feed the wire through it - if you already have tiles in place for example, which you don't wish to cut, you can simply leave the masking cover off.
safety & compliance
- IPX5 rated – safe for use in bathrooms.
- Oil-filled for efficient, consistent heat distribution.
- Class 1 electrical appliance.
- UKCA approved.
guarantee, warranty and replacing the heating element
- 2-year manufacturer’s warranty (heating element).
- Usual lifespan of a heating element is 4 to 7 years dependent on use.
- At end of life, you can simply replace the SS1 heating probe inside this model, as the external VEO controller is a separate unit — making replacement a cost-effective and straightforward process.
- 12-year manufacturer’s warranty (radiator).
