• The Terma Internal ONE heating element has two heat settings: 45°C and 60°C, indicated by multi-coloured LED.
• It is controlled through one button located on the underside.
• 2-hour drying function for convenient timed heating.
• Compatible with external timers, retaining settings when switched off.
• Includes an Infrared (IR) receiver for use with Terma TTIR portable thermostat / controllers or DTIR wall mounted controllers (sold separately).
• Accurate internal temperature regulation for consistent heating performance.

colour & finish

• Painted in Brass (premium wet paint).
• Finished in a metallic, smooth texture.
• This is a premium wet paint which is painted using a hand finished liquid paint (as opposed to an automated powder paint - so this paint is more expensive). This creates a deeper more metallic type finish.
• Note: If you don't have the budget for a premium wet paint - the closest colour match to this colour in a powder paint would be the Halo colour - which is not quite a brass and a slightly darker gold - which will cost the same as the standard powder colours (approx. 25% less). You'll need to call us to request this colour as we don't list this model in Halo on the website yet.
• A 150×50mm colour chip of this finish is available to purchase for preview (link to colour chip will be on right-hand side of page).

installation & features

• Element is pre fitted inside the electric towel rail - located on the right hand side (E8 connection). If you would like the heating element on the left hand side (E1 connection) please contact us to place this as a special order. Think about where your electric supply will be so the wire has the shortest distance to travel.
• Control button discreetly located on the underside, with a miniature front-facing LED panel.
• Supplied with 1.5m cable for connection to a fused spur (no plug included).
• Cable exits discreetly through the bottom mounting bracket above the heating element and can be fed in through the wall for a super neat installation (or if you cannot trowel out your wall you may leave the cable hanging free).
• Quick and simple installation; no commissioning required.
• This electric towel rail is not supplied with a plug - so must be connected to a switched fused spur - or you can mount a plug (if this is not being installed in a bathroom). If you'd like a model pre fitted with a plug look at the Wi-Fi options as the VEO elements are pre fitted with a UK plug.

guarantee, warranty and replacing an internalised heating element

• 2-year manufacturer’s warranty (heating element).
• Usual lifespan of a heating element is 4 to 7 years dependent on use.
  • At end of life, if you wish to replace an internalised heating element, the unit needs to go back to Terma UK for replacement due to how it is made. Alternatively, you can simply purchase a whole new unit.
  • Note: You can also special order an alternative version of this towel rail with the external ONE version, where the element is the same colour but sits on the outside of the model and can be easily replaced at end of life. Click here to see what an external ONE element looks like.
